No show & Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or

cancel your appointment without giving

enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that

appointment time + clients on my wait list miss

the opportunity to receive services.

Since the services are reserved for you

personally a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations/no shows or rescheduling without notifying us prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $40 fee per scheduled pet. This fee must be paid before you are able to reschedule with us.
We ask that if you have an emergency of some kind- that you please call us to notify us of the situation as soon as you are aware so that we can remove your appointment or reschedule you, which in this case- we will wave the fee but you MUST call us.
